Dear Mayor McCombie, Village Trustees and the Plan Commission,
We are writing to respectfully request that the Area N Public Hearing be rescheduled to a time that allows for greater public participation. Holding the hearing at 5:00 PM on a Monday makes it difficult for many residents—particularly those who work standard hours or have weekday commitments—to attend.
Public hearings play an essential role in ensuring transparency and community engagement. The standard meeting time for most of our Village meetings and Public Hearings has been 7pm and we consider this to be a more reasonable start time if public input is truly important.
We, the undersigned residents, respectfully urge you to take this request seriously and we hope you'll consider making this change so the community has a better chance to be involved.

We need to stop this cult. They were locked out of other communities and need to be pushed out of ours as they came under false pretenses.

Please keep your promise of transparency by making it easiest for the residents to attend such meetings
Pls reschedule at least 10-15 days from now so we all have enough notice to attend. Pls keep us posted minimum 7-10 days ahead.
