Hello Mr. and Mrs. Mathenge, We hereby request to fill up the multiple holes in the back yard for the following reasons. 1) The standing water within the holes poses a health risk as it encourages the rapid breeding of mosquitoes in the area. 2) The mosquitoes enter several apartments and are annoying. This situation doesn't allow for open windows for free air during night hours. 3) There are several small children living here and the holes pose a safety threat to our children. Multiple tenants have agreed to provide the physical labor involved in filling the holes. All we ask for is your permission for us to do it. We just want a healthier and safer environment for our families. Thank you.
