Joyride is such a needed service in and around downtown Nashville. Please do not place a burden on the company, their employees or individuals who enjoy and rely upon this mode of transportation on a regular basis.

The carts are great and fun for all! Leave them alone! It's ok to drive a tractor with a trailer on back but not at golf cart?! Unfair and I think carts are being targeted.

I use these vehicles to get me SAFELY and quickly to my vehicle before and after playing shifts downtown. I'm a working musician with heavy equipment, it's nice to have transportation to and from my gigs. We already pay high prices for parking, give us something Nashville... We are part of the reason people visit your city!! Pedal taverns, horse-drawn carriages and the like get to make money, and they're slower than these guys. They aren't a nuisance, they're a great assett!!

These people are trying to make a living fairly. Slow the hell down in traffic and you don't have to worry about hitting the peddle bars. Also follow the traffic laws it simple

Joyride is a must in a growing city like Nashville. The tourists enjoy the liason that Joyride is for this great and growing city! Joyride provides more than just a "ride". They provide an experience.

Please don't stifle small Business and innovation by passing regulation without studying its full impact. This will kill jobs and will slow down productivity for many downtown business as their workers would now have to find alternate last mile resources to get to work.

This is unethical and makes no sense as to why you would attack the LSV. What about the horse and buggies or the cabs that stop in the middle of the road and throw on their flashers...OR, the 1000's of illegal jaywalkers. Start ticketing them if more money is the issue. Unbelievable!

They are the best way to get around town,if they want to improve the traffic those hours keep all truck out then!!

I work for Joyride and I can say that especially between the hours of 4 PM and 6:30 PM, me and my golf cart are not the reason traffic is slow. I'm never holding up traffic because I'm literally sitting, barely moving in traffic. When traffic speeds up, the golf cart goes the same highway speed as everything else downtown because there are so many cars on the road it is impossible for people to go over 25 mph for extended amounts of time. This law makes absolutely no sense to me when it comes to golf cart transportation. What often happens is I'm fortunate enough to be doing a sightseeing tour on the outskirts of downtown during those hours. Now these tours and will be stopped. This law prevents our company from generating much-needed income. It is unnecessarily applied to an industry and business that is not causing a problem. You are essentially replacing golf carts transporting people with cars transporting people, which is doing absolutely nothing to fix the supposed "problem" responsible for creating this overreaching regulation.

Joyride is absolutely the best option for transit in Nashville and does not affect traffic at all!
