Dubai government & DLD should portray justice exists hence fraudsters like SCHON do not get away!!!

Dear Sir, I am really willing to comply with rules and regulations, but unwilling to aggravate my loss . I prefer to make sure that I will receive a property before I pay more money. I think it is the responsibility of DLD to assure investors if the project will be completed or not because I when I started my investment I did that on the ground that Dubai government guarantees all projects in Dubai. Dear Sir, I have purchased this unit since 2008, after 7years which they have had hold my money with them for this project no sign of progress in my zone and now they asking for registration , I have already paid them 1000dhs but baying another 4% of total amount for some thing which is not exist doesn't make sense , so kindly look in this matter and do the needful. Winterberry of Dubai Lagoon will be complete in December 2017 as Schon promised.

The developer of Dubai Lagoon must be deeply scrutinized. And held responsible for the over six years delay resulting in collateral loss of opportunities to the investors and home buyers at DL project, this developer is not doing any positive contribution to the great safe haven investment image of Dubai, Such people should be held responsible s d sternly dealt according to the prevailing real estate and investment laws and codes of conduct etc of Dubai, UAE, We are optimistic that the authorities will audit the developer and ask them what why and how all this huge delay happened especially the well documented loss or disappearance of investors monies, Best regards Obaid
