The beloved “Artzie Music” Youtube channel is being terminated on the basis that it is using copyrighted imagery from content owned by ShoPro. However, the channel holds a beloved fanbase, and the content, while copyrighted, serves only to generate increased interest in the content owned by ShoPro.
Ultimately, the content used by the “Artzie Music” Youtube channel, while copyrighted, does NOT serve as a replacement for the anime owned by ShoPro, as the content in the Youtube channel consists mostly of short repeating snippets (1-2 seconds of length), as opposed to full episode streams. And therefore, the content in the Youtube channel does not, in any way, steal public viewership from the content by ShoPro. On the contrary, the “Artzie Music” Youtube channel has contributed to a resurgence in interest in the anime owned by ShoPro, ultimately leading to an increased demand for both old and new content from ShoPro.
Therefore, it would be in the best interest of ShoPro to grant the “Artzie Music” Youtube channel permission to remain on Youtube, as its presence generates a resurgence in public interest in the works owned by ShoPro.
The “Artzie Music” Youtube channel is a significant medium through which ShoPro gains free exposure, and a growing niche fanbase for the works that it owns. Removing the channel would ultimately be a financial loss for ShoPro, and a loss for the people who enjoy the content in the “Artzie Music” Youtube channel.

Artzie Music is a channel that has been a pillar in the construction of different musical scenes inspired by beloved animes. I hope ShoPro does whats right, which is allowing this community to share love for the animes of a distant past and tunes from fantastic artists.
Please, this channel has such great music, youtube should give the chance to re upload the videos that were copy right strike and replace the gifs or something or come tu an understanding between shopro or whatever the name and artzie music
Yes, Artzie used your image. But in the process of doing so they didn’t earn money on them, created a whole new realm of music to explore, AND got people to enjoy your anime more. Its a win win win; In the wake of EELF’s terminations please don’t terminate yet another creative platform for underground music
This is just BS, if you think a looped GIF of your anime that is only 3 seconds long at best is piracy and not fair use, then you're just being exploitative
Artzie does a great job of blending classic anime with modern music. Taking this channel down would easily take away a lot of potiential viewers of shows.

I never would have found this genre if not for the Squad Goals mix... and it's only been good songs uploaded since then. The main draw isn't even the imagery, so it would be a damn shame to lose Artzie over it. I pray that this is resolved through removing the visuals of current videos if possible.. If not, we're at Stoplight Radio!
