Monroe County WV Honorable Circuit Court Judge Irons: Dear Judge Irons, I am respectfuly petitioning the court to grant an injuction to prevent the use of the planned "Shooting Range" on the so-called town owner dump property on the Knobs real property parcel of land which is within less then the required 1000' linitation set by WV State Law. This law mandates that no shooting range be established or used if it is within 1000' from any dwelling.Your immediate attention and consideration to this request to protect the colocating property owners abd dewllers is so recognized and honored and so ordered at least until a full hearing can be scheduled before the preciding court and judge.
