Mr. Fletcher did not follow his own district policy, failed to notify parents in a timely manner, put students and staff in jeopardy with repeated poor judgment during a potentially dangerous situation at WMS.

The district addressing the situation by acknowledging the poor judgment and claims it will make better decisions in future situations.
