REQUEST LEAF BLOWERS USED IN THE OLD NAPLES NEIGHBORHOOD COMPLY WITH THE CITY NOISE ORDINANCE

I strongly endorse the attached petition to enforce the existing code and to bring into compliance all users of leaf blowers. Also consider the use of battery powered vs gas powered

We would very much like to have leaf blowers that have a lower decibel.

The noise is enough to convince us not to retire permanently here. It is daily. There's no reason why these landscapers couldn't use more up to date equipment. We cannot sit out on our lanai when they are working, five or more days a week.

Yes - and regulate that it can only be done in every street once a week

Please enforce the noise code for leaf blowers. The leaf blowers currently being used are negatively impacting the quality of life for Naples residents.

They don’t just blow off walkways, they blow off grass and garden areas!!!!

Would like it if blowers wait until 8 am and end at 5pm. Would like a petition about jet traffic and noise. Worse than any blower.

We should give the service companies a period of time to upgrade their equipment.

Noise pollution and scattering dust and pollen is a violation of the peace and quality we expect in lovely Naples.

Long overdue. They should also consider “truck” noise on our streets since they are constantly granting building permits and the truck noise will be endless.....especially since their approval of the Naples Beach Club project.

Code enforcement is all I ask. We have leaf blower noise in our neighborhood 4 out of 6 days a week. All different companies.

Very much needed! Trouble is I believe, that quieter models are more expensive ?

Fully support having leaf blowers noise controlled and agree with idea to not have landscaping contractors work in our residential area on weekends. Naples is a very noisy city. Thank you.

I support enforcing the law and reducing noise pollution, for the health of the residents as well as the landscape workers.

Mornings are often dominated by leaf blower noise and it makes it impossible to have a conversation.
