No idea why they canceled I have never seen so many people out raged. The live action idea is bad and just plain stupid. Just give us more young justice seasons and maybe also cn is not the best place for it.

Cartoon Network rly dropped the ball on this one. Best show they had in years and they just cut it off right at a cliffhanger?? Bring it back already.

I was shocked to find that Young Justice was cancelled after season 2 had reached it's conclusion. It was a doltish move on CN's part for withdrawing their funding on such a fantastic show. I have seen other shows i enjoyed cancelled in the past, however none have affected me more than this. The reason for such an act simply alludes me. It had a decent storyline, deep character development, and a rich selection of voice actors. All who have had the privilege of watching this cartoon have likely enjoyed it. A TV series purpose is to attain committed viewers, and this series has clearly achieved that goal. I truly hope that someone with the ability to return this show to the air reads these words and realizes the obvious benefits for both parties if they do continue the series. PS. This live action show idea sounds like bs. Talk about wasting your investment.

YJ was canceled for a very simple reason. It was sold as a kiddie show, with advertising aimed at young children. This has happened time and again with all the DCU programs. This was a problem even with BTAS, and continues right through to today. These shows always get good ratings, that ends up being not only meaningless, but counterproductive, because the advertising is completely wasted on the wrong demographic. Simply put, we need to get people to demand that these shows be sold as what they are, programming for adult and young adult fans. They need to be sold to networks aimed at those demographics, Spike for instance, with advertising which is also aimed at the core audience. If this can be done, then these programs good ratings will finally be perceived as positive, and the shows can have the lifespans they deserve. It is this bias in the entertainment industry that an animated superhero show MUST be for children that is the real issue that we must get past. I have tried to get this message out, but I am not having a lot of success in doing so. YJ was and is one of my favorite programs ever, and I want to see it and other excellent DCU programs on television. If you read this, please pass this message along.
