Depuis l’entrée en vigueur de l’article 70 de la loi sur les compétences municipales, toute municipalité locale peut entretenir une voie privée ouverte au public par tolérance du propriétaire ou de l’occupant sur requête d’une majorité des propriétaires ou occupants riverains / Since the entry into force of section 70 of the Municipal Powers Act, a local municipality may maintain a private road open to the public by permission of the owner or occupant, on a request by a majority of owners or occupants of the abutting property.
Par la présente, la majorité des résidents du chemin Muskoka demande à la Municipalité de Chelsea de procéder au nivelage du chemin à raison pour la saison 2014/ Hereby, the majority of residents of chemin Muskoka request to the Municipality of Chelsea to proceed with the grading of the road for the 2014 season.

its about time this gets done for 124 Muskoka rd because the road is falling apart completely
