The purpose of this petition is to request that the City of Overland Park Kansas investigate the towing practices of ProTow LLC11410 W 89th St, Overland Park, KS 66214 (913) 871-6778.

We are requesting that the city review and amend the existing towing ordinance to ensure the protection of residents from predatory towing practices of towing companies operating within the city limits and enforce the same code on both public and private properties within the city limits.
