The under signed Alliance Ethio-Frances Students are attending the A1 level 3rd grade French class at Bole campus since September 2018. It is known that our campus were offering a two days class on Tuesday and Thursday considering our convince time. We were also benefiting from this schedule and attending our class.

However, when we registered for the 3rd grade we have been informed that there is a schedule change that add one extra day to our program; which is Saturday from 6pm – 8pm and recently the institutes secretary at Bole Campus told us that our class will be merged with the Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedule . As a result all of us forced to stop to attend the class due to time constraints.

This is therefore to kindly request you to keep the former schedule which is Tuesday and Tuesday actual date & time schedule intact. We look forward to hearing from you.
