We the undersigned concerned residents and community who frequently travel and or reside on N. Seneca Rd between Elmira St and Roosevelt Blvd.hereby petition the Public Works Dept.for City of Eugene, Lane County Oregon for improvement be funded and expedited to the unpaved and undriveable road due to the concerning issues as listed: 1} The severe flooding causing damage to our homes and yards. 2} Damaging our vehicles due to the land mine size pot holes. 3} Fails to allow viable access for Emergency vehicles, School Buses,Postal service, Ride Source.{Children have to walk onto Roosevelt Blvd.to be picked up which is very concerning and Heavy traffic,The mail vehicles have had to be towed out of the pot holes. 4} The increased infestation and populations of Rodents, ants, and Mosquitos, west Nile virus from the standing water conditions,from no drainage system for storm run off. 5} The health hazard concerns due to the buid up of sediment,contaminants and pesticides accumulated in the Dust and dirt stirred up that we breath during the dry months. 6} The need to be brought up to the level of standards and safety of the surrounding streets and drainage systems in the neighborhood we all pay taxes on.
