We, the students of Public Management N5, are writing to formally request the rescheduling of our upcoming internal exams. Currently, we have exams scheduled on the same day: 12th October 2024 for Municipal Administration with Public Relations, and 19th October 2024 for Public Finance with Public Administration. This significantly impacts our ability to adequately prepare and perform to the best of our abilities.
Additionally, many of us are balancing both work and study commitments, which adds considerable pressure and limits our available time for exam preparation.
We kindly request that the Public Relations exam be moved to the 13th of October 2024 and the Public Administration exam be moved to the 20th of October 2024. This adjustment will provide us with sufficient time to prepare thoroughly for each subject, ensuring a fair assessment of our knowledge and skills.
We appreciate your understanding and consideration of our request. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I have been hearing from so many of you about the crushing pressure of trying to balance these specific exam clusters with full time work. We are preparing to present these concerns to the administration to explain why this schedule is simply not feasible for our program.
October 5, 2024
Seeing this much support from my classmates shows that we are all feeling this crushing weight of the current schedule. This momentum proves that our struggle to balance work and these exams is a shared reality that the college must finally acknowledge.

The amount of workload/modules to prepare is a lot for both subjects to be written on the same day. The mind gets overloaded.
