For over 20 years CPMC has mis-managed the property at Golden Key's East Neighborhood in Chandler. Although residents have tolerated the physical appearance of the moldy common walls, cracked and broken pool decking, unpainted walls, neglected streets & poorly kept grounds run by CLM, the newly assigned property manager Linda Huggins is now creating a sense of hostility, frustration and angst in the neighborhood. We made the best of our situation and made repairs when finances allowed, but her unacceptable treatment of people in our community and unprofessional behavior will NOT be tolerated.

We the neighbors of GKE were moved enough to come together as a community after hearing horror stories of abuse and harassment by her to our fellow residents. She has no compassion for extreme personal situations nor is she willing to compromise on timelines for corrections. She has zero tolerance for requests for assistance, or repairs in the extreme heat. She is brash and completely unprofessional at board meetings even using profanity as observed by homeowners who have attended numerous meetings. As a community we feel we are being micro-managed and a cloud of frustration and hostility hangs over the neighborhood. We are not willing to tolerate this way of living.

Suspiciously every single 2015 board member, including the long running president, resigned in 2016. Residents still don't know why. Funds suddenly were available to address long requested, overdue repairs including beautification projects. Where has the money been to address these repairs?

We are requesting the removal of Linda Huggins as our property manager and and a 5 year audit of the GKE account at City Property Management by a 3rd party external auditor. City Property Management has created a sense of unethical behavior and distrust within our community.
