Sir, we want to thank you for your great leadership during this pandemic. We thank you for your honesty and transparency during our transition from active employees to furloughed, it helped us a lot to plan accordingly and adjust better to the situation.
We appreciate how United have been gracious with the benefits provided to us during this time as furloughed employees. Since our status changed with the company, the pandemic has prevented us from taking advantage of our flight benefits. Though it feels like yesterday since we were furloughed, we realize that the clock is running on our passes. We want to request from the company the grace to have our travel benefit extended.

I was just reading through the latest comments and honestly it is so overwhelming to see how many of us are in this exact same boat regarding these expiring passes. It feels like nobody at the corporate office is saying anything back yet (which is probably expected if I am being totally fair) but keeping this momentum alive is the only way to remind them that we are still here waiting for an answer.

Thank you for the flight benefits while we are on furlough status, Mr. Kirby. But, this pandemic is still very much a concern especially to those employees that have immunocompromised family member such as myself. It would be very much appreciated if benefits would be extended. Thank you, Sir.
I haven't used my benefits since late January 2020 and was furloughed Oct 1st, like so many fellow agents. Living with high risk family members, travelling will not be a possibility for months, likely until we've been vaccinated. An extension of benefits would be greatly appreciated and go a long way in moral for furloughed employees you say you intend to recall ASAP. The "C" in C O R E still stands for Caring right? Thanks for your consideration.
Thanks for the 24 passes received after probation, but pass riders are scared to travel right now.. would be nice to extend it.
As these are difficult times for us all, extending these benefits would truly show how much United Airlines truly appreciates its family. Thank you. Pat
I also would love the benefits to be extended. I have family in Paris and due to the pandemic I have not seen them since January 26,2020. It breaks my heart that I am not able to see my love one. Please consider this. Thank you so much.
If we are furloughed the 2nd round being able to use our flight benefits would help many to reduce their stress levels....thus save lives.
Please help Kim get her job back! She needs to provide for her family!

Thank you for the steps taken to minimize impact in this difficult situation! I was hired in 2019, so I will be one of the last to come back, and did not get to take advantage of my benefits, as I wanted to wait until I was out of probation in case I had a problem getting back in time. My probation ended mid March.... This is a benefit that costs UA little to nothing, if the plane is full we don't get a seat.
