Please help all the Estate Agents as they all only earn a commission. That is only on an "If and when" basis and then we wait for an average of 3 months for commission. The Lockdown and with the Deeds Office closed the Agents will only start receiving their commission after the backlog is up to date at the Deeds Office. This will take another 3 to 6 months.

Have new interns? and admin personnel that depend on rental income and Sales not sure how it will affect their salaries at ebd of April and all Sales will ll take so much longer now for registration

We are self employed and cannot work during this lockdown which effectively will impact on our earnings for at least 3 months after, I am the sole breadwinner in the family and still have bills to pay,
I urge you to consider this petition

We are in dire need of assistance. With the deeds office being closed, it means deals cannot register thus commissions cannot be paid. This means that our families and extended families are without their basic needs during lockdown. Please assist us somehow, thank you.

Another request is tgat Deeds office are seen as essential serbices. Transactions are with Deeds Office but no movement due to lockdown and thus no income.
