تحية طيبة و بعد.

هذا طلب مننا نحن أسر و سكان منطقة Vaughan and Woodbridge و ما يجاور تلك المدن من مدينات صغيرة بمحافظه أونتاريو بكندا. نود أن نخبر قداستك رغبتنا كأسر حديثة الزواج و بأطفال صغيرة السن ضرورة الحاجة و الرغبة لدينا في انشاء كنيسة قريبة مننا جميعا بهذه المنطقة. حتي الآن للاسف لا يوجد كنيسة قبطية ارثوذكسية واحدة تخدم هذة المنطقة خصوصا و أن هناك لا يقل عن ٣٠ أسرة في هذه المنطقة.

و صادف ايضا ان الكثير مننا من ابناء كنيسة سانت موريس و سانت فيرينا و اولاد ابونا بيشوي سلامة و تتلمذنا علي خدمته الغير محدودة و نود أن تستكمل تلك المسيرة و الرحلة في منطقة جديدة و قريبة مننا إلا حد ما ، حيث أن كنيسة سانت موريس و سانت فيرينا تبعد اكثر من ٣٥ كم من منطقتنا و كثير مننا يتطر الي استخدام طرق تول روت لكي نصل سريعا و هذا ايضا بمثابة عبئ مادي علينا أسبوعيا جدير بالذكر في أيام الشتاء والثلج تكون ظروف القيادة أسوأ و أصعب بكثير لنا.

نتمني من قداستك أن تبارك و تيسر هذا الطلب الذي سوف يسعد اسر كثيرة و اطفال كثيرة في أن تنشئ كنيسة جديدة و مجتمع علي حب المسيح و بنموذج الخدمة العملية و الحقيقية التي تتلمذنا عليها مع ابونا بيشوي سلامة.

و نحن علي أتم استعداد لنشر الخدمة و كلمة المسيح و علي أشد ثقة أن هذا القرار سوف يحدث إضافة واضحة في توسع الخدمة في منطقة Vaughan and Woodbridge بالخصوص التي كما ذكرنا لا يوجد بها ولا كنيسة ارثوذكسية قبطية حتي الآن.

Our beloved father, His Holiness, The Great Pope, Pope Tawadros the second

This request from us the young families, couples and families with children that reside in the Vaughan/Woodbridge area and its adjacent towns in the province of Ontario. The reason we are reaching out to your holiness is to express our strong need and wish to have a Coptic orthodox congregation and church to be established in our geographical area to serve the families and communities in this area. Unfortunately to date there is not one Coptic Orthodox Church in the area even though there is close to 20-30 families most of which are with babies, children and having a church in this region will be extremely needed.

It happens that many of the families who moved over the past few years to Vaughan and woodbridge areas happen to be members of Saint Maurice and St. Verena Coptic orthodox church and have grown with the vision and mission of service of our dear father Pishoy Salama and we would love to continue extending this unlimited and loving service to our area and nurture our children at a close by church on the same love, preach, service and strategy of Saint Maurice and Saint Verena. As mentioned unfortunately having to drive every week to the current SMSV location entails taking a Toll Route which is costly, far and also not to mention during the snow time and winter weather conditions this can be a discouraging factor with having babies/children to drive out through.

That said, we are praying that your holiness bless this initiative and support us in reaching out and extending the word of God in our region and having one more church serving the families and community of the Vaughan/Woodbridge area. There are many families, young couples and youth that are more than eager to support in the expansion of this initiative. We look forward to hearing back from your holiness regarding this request.
