Totally agree for Robbie and team to put so much time in to coaching the kids to be treated like that, it's disgraceful he put his life and soul into this and is a fantastic coach it would be shame to let it go? If kids aren't playing soccer or doing something productive, then that's, when they get troublesome or can get depressed. Sports increases their level of focus and ability to do well in life when they achieve winnings from a young age.

A club is there foremost to encourage the growth of it's youngest player both in football and in their lives. It's not there solely for the glory of it's senior player and management
