Request for Cancellation or Alternative Assessment for A Level May/June 2026 Exams in the Middle East

I have not been able to study consistently due to the war and uncertainty of exams being confirmed

Not only have academic studies faced disruptions, the region is still facing tensions and uncertainty.

This is completely unsafe for the students they are expected to study with all this stress

cancellllllll i cannot study in these conditions at all and all other boards cancelled so it’s so unfair to us

We request Cambridge Assessment International Education to cancel upcoming IGCSE exams in the Gulf region. The current situation is extremely distressing, and students are mentally not in a position to focus or prepare properly. Please consider awarding grades based on average or predicted performance to ensure fairness for all students

please cancel them it’s extremely hard to study and it’s totally unfair considering all other boards have also canceled.

It’s really unfair to see that these exams may go ahead after many other different boards have cancelled 12th board exams like CBSE, ICSE and IB. Such students are our competitors in university placements and they have an advantage of portfolio evaluation as their final grade. The current situation is disrupting our learning where syllabus hasn’t finished and some subjects are self study.

These situations are not helping us focus on our studies

Please do cancel the CIE Exams of May June 26 In the middle East, People cant give exams risking their lives.

Exams must be canceled as the country is experiencing a crisis and it is not safe to attend school or do these exams. I haven’t even covered all the content required to sit the exam and due to distance learning it’s twice the workload and due to all this exams should be cancelled

Do to the current regions stress it seems unreasonable to continue examinations, considering it’s been almost a month now away from school when we haven’t even finished the content to even go into full revision?

The situation is very bad here, every time i want to study and do study i end up hearting a sound outside disrupting everything abd then the uncertainty to give the exam aswell demotivated me please do something
