I want IB to cancel the final exams because of bombs. We cant learn and study outside of school.

The only fair way to go about this is to mark all internal assessments and take the grades. The students have done their job and studies for their regular school exams but now it’s time for them to focus on the REAL WORLD (which is what you prioritize in IB) and know the current situation of their countries and stay safe. Cancel externals.
