exams should be cancelled because they cause too much stress especially considering the situation we are in. the students can feel overwhelmed instead of calm.

I'm a student studying in the UAE,
alot of us ( like myself ) have been displaced to other countries.
Have bee anxious throughout since late feb, a crucial time for us, that has been impacted by geopolitical instability. Why should we be the ones who pay for this?
I know for sure because of this stress, displacement, and overall risk that surely governments don't want to take with their student population ( as can see through online classes rather than in person ones ) its unfair to request students to do these examinations and perform the best they can.

We're literally in the middle of an escalating war. The IB exam should be the last thing on our minds

respectfully urge the IB Association to consider the adoption of predicted grades for the Class of 2026 in our region, given the ongoing force majeure circumstances affecting students’ ability to perform under normal examination conditions.
Many students are currently facing exceptional disruptions that are beyond their control, impacting not only their academic preparation but also their wellbeing. Proceeding with standard examination measures under these conditions risks creating inequitable outcomes that do not accurately reflect students’ true capabilities or efforts over the course of the program.

The bombs are affecting my productivity while revising and practicing. I was studying with my good friend (Danny Makarem), who is also in the IB and looking at different perspectives from the 2 of us, the stress is real knowing you are under bomb threat and have to do good in your IB exams.

Transferring to another IB World school is unrealistic when airports are closed; students will perform SIGNIFICANTLY worse in a new environment - aside from the fact that our current environment is actively experiencing missile threats!
