We are requesting your signature in order to ask the School of Mechanical Enginnering to have the Aerospace Certificate classes be taught over a span of a year which includes Fall/Spring/Summer semesters. Please sign this petition if you are interested in pursuing the Aerospace Certificate at FIU.

Currently, they have only offered 4 out of the 5 classes needed for the certificate. We need to raise support for the 5th class which is Intro to Flight Mechanics as this class has not been taught over the past 3 YEARS. We need to get organized as the school is asking for 25 students to be enrolled in one semester for this class in order for them to hire an Adjunct Professor to teach it.
