I was watching the original again last night and honestly the plot holes just make me want the sequel even more because there is so much unfinished business. People keep messaging me saying they feel the exact same way and it is nice to know I am not shouting into the void alone about this.

Loved the movie so much I'd love to see Chris come out of prison and for him to find he has a daughter with Jackie . Id also like to see the perspective of how the struggle is for their family to deal with Chris being out especially with surge
Great movie think you all should come together for the fact a kid is involved and he doesn't know he has one should be able to make a movie around that and the two d friends in jail and the brother and his career as being in basketball
SOOOOOOOOOOOO........ y'all just going to leave me with tears in my eyes , clueless what happens after ! Did she reply , does he know he has a little creature of his own , how many more games did the brother win , is the momma still on drugs or did getting shot give her a life lesson ? I need part TWO ..... cus im over here sobbing like jackie was at the end .
The first one was amazing but it would be nice to see a sequel. I wanna know what ever happen with Jackie ever told Chris that he has a daughter, if she ever went after her dreams and if their mother did a 360 and got her life back on track.
Brotherly Love is now my favorite movie. I really think that there should be a sequal. Just to get to know if Chris (Quincy Brown) ever gets to know if he and Jackie (KeKe Palmer) will have a future together. And if he will find out about the baby.
I want to find out what happens next.

Yes, show the growth & struggles of each character years later after their releases from prison & single motherhood pursuing a singing career, & professional baller dealing with guilt of success!
