Compassion, empathy, and kindness is what our community and school has always represented. I, along with my family and numerous district residents, stand behind this proposal to amend this current policy. Our decision making must reflect that which we try to instill in our children. If this situation doesn't fit the bill for right action when it matters most, I don't know what would.
