High bill ever since put smart meter in office. My bill is two times more than it was before Not only mine but a lot of people

My bill is almost 400$ it's crazy they need to figure out what's wrong with it..and they need to stop pointing fingers bc they know what they are doing...they are lining their pockets!! Taking form the people....

My bill has doubled and I have only lived here two months. When I rented a home and had city of Henderson...a less insulated and drafty home...my bill for electric, water, and trash was half my current electric bill alone. Something is wrong.

Would like to say that this year winter has not caused a higher bill. Our electric has tripled it's hard enough to live and pay the bills and find out that our bill is higher than some of our other bills

My bill doubled plus it's saying we use 8 highest when asleep or at school and work

Put the old meters back in, you claim it's because of weather, but funny to me last year was a lot colder and we didn't incur bills as high as they have been just since the new meters have been in place, remove the current meters and replace them with the ones that were taken down!!!!!!

After the smart meter wad put in my bill went from 220.00 to 380.00. After turning heat down to 64 and using gas logs on fire place (no blower ) my next bill was 350.00. Something is really wrong. I want the smart meter removed and my old meter put back in.

No additional consumption of energy....have lived there for 10 years. We have changed nothing...only common factor to the fact my bill has doubled, at times tripled is the new Smart Meters. Yes smart meters. Kenergy can tell me all day long they are not but everyone knows they are.
