Our Bills has more than doubled! I had no problem reporting my usage each month so what's deal here? We don't have the option to change services so we are just expected to pay this crazy increase with no issues. Don't think so!

Bill has almost doubled. This past winter I just bought a new energy star heating /cooling unit. On top of a mild winter is head shaking. I've also got my unit programmed at lower temperature during the times we are away from home. No reason other than greed the bills are as high as they are.

I would like to go back to the analog. My kWh went from 350 kWh to 1200 kWh in my work shop building. I understand the rate increase, but I don't understand how it quadrupled my usage! It's ridiculous! I WANT OUT!

I do believe the old meters should be put back in with all the trouble looks like you would want every thing back to normal and get people off your back I do believe you all get enough money from each person no matter what why don't you all give a poor person a break and do what's right for everyone before it gets out of hand

My bill has doubled. I am very seldom home, I keep heat turned down to 64 all the time. I bundle up in sweatshirt n sleep under electric blanket. It ridiculous the increase when you are using less than before.

Bill is thre times more in h last three months. This could not be right. What do you think it will be if we get the snow. We have had a mild winter so far.

I have every meter reading but 2 for the last 21 yrs at this address and every electric bill amount and even in the coldest or hotest time of year have never had a bill as high as the last 2 monthe and it's been warm so not much heat has been used

We've had two months of close to $600 bills...there's no way that is correct.

Our bill is ridiculous.went from 150 maybe 200,now to 400 a month.this is ridiculous...im ready to buy a huge generator or solar panels maybe even move...i think they should fix this problem an reimburse people there hard owned money.

Something needs to be done. The excuse that it's gone up due to cold weather is BS... we've not even had an actual winter! Last year was much worse and bills were lower then! Plus we sit in the dark usually using only one lamp. My bill is still outrageous so I know the meter is wrong!
