Donald J. Trump does not represent social conservatives like me. Every conservative should be appalled by his antics. I am honored to be a member of the Party of Lincoln, Coolidge, Eisenhower and Reagan. I refuse, however, to be loyal to the Party of Harding and Trump
Perhaps there should be a one-day national run-off after the convention to confirm that a majority of Republicans - We the People - prefer a person of honor and conservatism to Donald J. Trump

As a staunch Republican for 40 years. I cannot see voting for a man who degrades every person running in the Republican party. I don't like them either but you don't degrade the entire party. This man needs a mental test. I personally would never vote for him.

Ted Cruz is my choice because he is principled, loves this country, and is consistent in his defense of the Constitution. I have also seen his personal character demonstrated during a rally where he went to someone in the crowd who had collapsed. He stepped off the stage, went to this person, and called for paramedics.

Trump is not the Republican party nominee yet. That "presumptive" nominee guff is a product of pervasive ignorance of the actual nomination process, particularly with regard to "bound" delegates, an ignorance inculcated into the population by incessant mainstream media group-think chanting.
There ain't no such thing as a "bound" delegate - there hasn't been since 1980, and there wasn't for the entire history of the Republican party prior to 1976.

Now, due to rule 40, only those candidates who won a majority of delegates in at least eight states can appear on the first ballot, and of course delegates can only vote for the candidates on that ballot - which in the pending Republican convention in Cleveland will be Donald Trump and Ted Cruz.
However, all of the delegates, regardless of who they are ostensibly "bound" to, are in fact free to vote their consciences when choosing between those two candidates on that first ballot.
Between now and the convention in June, Trump will show more and more of his true face, spew more puerile insanity, and give the delegates a clearer vision of just how deep a disaster a Trump Republican candidacy would truly be. Even the ones ostensibly "bound" to Trump may (unless they suffer from terminal smooth brain syndrome) be having not only second but third thoughts by then, and it should be obvious to most of the delegates (who do, I assume, have a fervent desire for a Republican to win in the general election) that the combination of the Democrat's opposition research and the progressive liberal media machine will make cat-meat out of Trump in the general. The man's closet is a vast and varied ossuary. He's a targ

Never will I ever vote for a democrat and that is who Trump is. We cannot have a guy with no morals representing America. He will be a total embarrassment to this country! Married how many times? Wife posed NUDE. He trashes everyone who opposes him. We would have a total scumbag first family. America deserves better! We need Ted Cruz in the White House!!!

I will not support the republican party if Donald Trump becomes the nominee. Ted Cruz or a vote for Gary Johnson, your choice GOP.
