Tell South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard to cease intervening with the will of the people in regards to IM-22. This law passed in the 2016 election to State campaign finance and lobbying laws, create a publicly funded campaign finance program, create an ethics commission, and appropriate funds. Elected officials should honor the will of the people and cease any attempt to alter the initiated measure process.
