Workplace Democracy Freeing people from a fear of retribution for challenging social, environmental, and organisational norms and therefore embedding a culture of innovation is surely the raison d'etre of higher education, so surely we all desire to workplace democracy?

Most universities have senates where concerns of staff from all levels can be voiced. These proposals address a vital concern that much important information here does not reach the ears of those in power to make change but is filtered up the chain of command.
