Report about Ms.Van - Vietnamese staff of Turkish Embassy in Hanoi

Mình Gọi điện hỏi thông tin thủ tục, mà chị ấy bản lên mạng xem thông tin xong mang ra LSQ tại HN làm trực tiếp. Trên mạng không có thông tin gì hay trang web có nội dung cụ thể và không bắt máy rất nhiều lần. Mình phải bay ra Hà Nội từ trong miền Nam. Đi lên LSQ mình đợi đến lượt mình mình vào trình bày trường hợp của mình để được hướng dẫn, chị ấy ko nghe mà bảo “chẳng hiểu chị muốn nói gì, giấy tờ thiếu mà mang lên đây làm gì?”. Mình phải năn nỉ các chị em có quen với cô người Thổ để nhờ giúp đỡ. Qua hôm sau bảo lãnh sự chỉ làm việc 2-4-6 nên đã ko cho mình vào. Mình phải nhờ sự giúp đỡ từ bên bạn bè để được hoàn thành thủ tục để được về với con, con mình phải gửi mới đi ra Hà Nội được. Bỏ việc bỏ con để đi nhưng gặp thái độ làm việc của cán bộ tiếp dân như vậy mình thật sự tủi lòng. Mình đi học và làm việc nhiều quốc gia. Nhưng trải nghiệm với ĐSQ Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ là kinh khủng nhất!

I took my Turkey business visa in 2018 and it was really difficult to talk with Mrs.Van. She was not helping at all.

Should change Mrs.Van, I also didn't get any support when I call to the embassy.

I heard a rumor that Mrs.Van gets under-the-table money for every visa application of tourist companies. It should be about 5-10 usd and if you want the visa to be informed sooner, you should give her 15 usd for - each - document. Cannot imagine how much she got after dozen of years.

I had to come to Turkey Embassy in Hanoi 4 times in total to submit my visa application. All because every time I came, Mrs.Van asked me to add another documents (of course with a very bad attitude). When I was so frustrated because of adding paper a lot, I talked to the receptionist in Melia Building where Embassy is located, he told me that I was not the only one who had been tortured by Mrs.Van. He saw every time whoever come to Turkey embassy in Hanoi in 14th floor, they would come down with disappointment because of lacking in document. What a shame!

Dear Turkey Embassy in Hanoi., I want to report Mrs.Van about her attitude and her unacceptable-gossipy characteristic. I had been rejected after 1 week I applied Turkish visa in 2019. After that my boyfriend called to the embassy and asked why my visa application was rejected. The answer was not clear but after sometimes we had been told that Mrs.Van gossiped about me that I could be able to make a fake-marriage with my boyfriend to stay in Turkey. OMG. Seriously??? Had Mrs.Van known me in real life? What's wrong with my visa application so that she could make a very bad gossip like that? Was that because I didn't get a good income? But please, did I have to show good income in my visa application even in the case my boyfriend invited me and would cover all the cost for me when I'm in Turkey? And really even if we got married after I came there, did it mean we make a fake-marriage? I wonder what was her problem to me?

Phản đối chị Vân ngồi tại vị trí thư ký sứ quán trong thời gian quá lâu với thái độ quá hách dịch như vậy! Chị Vân là con sâu làm rầu nồi canh trong khi các nhân viên Thổ tại đại sứ quán Thổ rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ.

I have heard a lot about Mrs.Van in Turkish Embassy and all of these are bad comments. I've never heard anything like "Vietnamese staff in Turkish Embassy is very nice, we get a lot of help when coming or calling there", instead of that, I heard all the time something like "There is a very rude Vietnamese woman in Turkish Embassy. She will never help you". It's always my boyfriend who calls to the embassy to ask about papers' procedure and preparation so I have never talked to Mrs.Van via telephone but when I came to the embassy to submit my paper, Mrs.Van looked at me like I was coming to annoy her. Very cold attitude, no warm welcoming at all. She made me feel like I came to the embassy to ask her for money. Or maybe because I didn't put any extra money in between the documents so she could not give me any warmer attitude?

The attitude of embassy's staff -Mrs.Van is unacceptable. I had very bad experiences when calling to the embassy for asking about the Turkish visa. She didn't help me anything but using her uncomfortable voice to frighten me. It freaks me out every-time I call to the Turkish embassy in Hanoi.

Tôi muốn báo cáo về thái độ làm việc của chị Vân ở Đại sứ quán Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ tại Hà Nội. Mong các cơ quan có thẩm quyền xem xét và giúp đỡ tôi.

I have an opportunity to work with Turkish Embassy as a visa applicant in 2019. I made it through visa service and surprisingly when I applied my visa to the Turkish Embassy, I saw that the visa service guy put 200.000 vnd banknote in between my visa documents and gave it to Ms.Van - the woman who received application. And she smiled with a very happy face. But in next time when I came back to the embassy to get my second visa in the same year, I went alone by myself because I know all the steps to get visa without using service. And surprised! Ms.Van's attitude to me was very very rude and uncomfortable, just like I was bothering her. I cannot get it, is this her job? If she is not happy with this job, please quit! Do not treat us like we cannot do anything to her. Because we can. And we are doing, by reporting her. And if this report has no result, we will go further. This kind of staff should not be in any department of any embassy, very unprofessional and frustrating everyone!

Ms.Van'nin davranislari cok yanlis ve kabadir. Boyle gibi bir calisan Vietnamlilari temsil etmesini ve Vietnam'daki Turk buyukelciliginde vatandasla gorusmesini kabul etmiyoruz. Buyukelciligin Ms.Van'in yerinde baska bir calisani degismesini rica ediyoruz.

To Whom It May Concern, In the nearest future, I will have to fly back and forth between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi in order to apply for a visa for my internship in Turkey. I do indeed have a concern on this matter which turns out that Ms. Van, a Vietnamese staff of Turkey Embassy in Hanoi, has been "unprofessional, rude, brusque, bossy and lacked of goodwill attitude" when talking to visa applicants via telephone as well as meeting in person. The question is, being a staff of a foreign embassy in her own country - Vietnam, can it be acceptable enough to treat local citizens in this ill-mannered way? Please provide us with a reasonable answer and solution to this question as well as the matter. Best Regards, H.L.

Mrs. Van’ın davranışları çok değişiktir. Bir Türk ile görüşünce iyi davranıyor iken bir Vietnamlı ile görüşünce hemen tam tersine davranıyor. T.C. Hanoi Büyükelçiliği’ne vize başvuru yapan Vietnamlıları hep zorlaştırıyor, yani hiç samimi ve nazik değil. Davranışına göre gerçekten çok kaba biridir. Ayrıca birçok şikayete göre Mrs. Van hatta dedikoducu biridir. Onun davranışı kesinlikle kabul edilmez. Mrs. Van’ın ve onun gibi kişiler yüzünden Türkiye-Vietnam ilişkileri geri kalmıştır. İki milletin ilişkilerinin gelişmesini engelleyen Mrs. Van’dır. Büyükelçiliğinde 10 yıldan fazla bir süredir çalışmasına rağmen hiç şüphe yok ki onun görevi aslında uygun değildir. Değiştirilmesini talep ederiz.

Một khi chị Vân đã bị report như thể này có nghĩa là cách làm việc của chị đã gây bức xúc cho rất nhiều người. Tôi hy vọng có một chế tài để xử lý chị Vân.

We really hope that Vietnamese staffs who work in Turkey Embassy in Hanoi will change their working attitude to Vietnamese people who come to embassy for paper jobs.
