Petition for Reinstallation of Terrace Entry Gates

To Whom It May Concern,

We, the undersigned employees, request the reinstallation of the terrace entry gates connecting the casino floor to the restaurant.
Since their removal, there has been a noticeable increase in unintended foot traffic through the terrace, creating several operational issues:

Increased walkouts: The open access provides an easy exit, raising the risk of unpaid checks.

Guest confusion: Many guests mistakenly enter through the terrace expecting a main entrance.

Service disruptions: Staff are frequently pulled away from duties to redirect guests, slowing service.

Decline in guest experience: The flow of the restaurant has become less organized and more disruptive. Tables 116 and 125 specifically are regularly interrupted by confused guests hovering over them while trying to be seated. At one point on a busy Friday (4/3/26) someone from the casino sat themselves at table 116 just to use it as a rest area while waiting for family.

The gates previously helped control traffic, reduce confusion, and support efficient service. Their absence has had a clear negative impact on both staff and operations.
We respectfully ask corporate to review this issue and consider reinstating the terrace gates.
