The existing pool monitor has made the pool environment unbearable. Last year the pool experience was incredible. We had a pool monitor then, but that individual was more understanding of howthe pool should be run and knew when he needed to draw the line. As a result we had a safe pool that the residents enjoyed, and the residents came together and become friends.

This year, we have a new pool monitor. This person not only follows all the rules, creates new ones as she goes.It has created an extremely unpleasant environment for the residents. I have observed over the past couple of months, a decrease in the attendance of residents at the pool. There seems to be more residents at the pool these days during the week (when there is no pool monitor), than during the weekend.. Yesterday ( August 1) there were only four people at the pool. It seems to me that no one wants to come to the pool because it is not an enjoyable experience.

We have a great amenity center and I think it is really unfortunate that no one can enjoy it any longer.
