City Ridge Apartments located at 7528 Arlington Expressway Jacksonville, FL 32211-7377. Is a gated access community of apartment which consist of 288 units. The complex was built in 1974 and has had some renovations done except the main part the access gate. The access gate is outdated and has not worked properly since moving here three years ago to date. In order for the safety of our children and property we demand a new gate. My vehicle and other residents vehicles have been damaged by this faulty gate system. Is City Ridge becoming a slum lord? It seems that they keep making repairs on a outdated gate that is always broken. It's time to replace it immediately. We pay rent and we deserve what they offered a gated community with a updated system for us and our visitors. The cameras show damage and that the gate is off track and yet no plans to replace it. Please join me in making them do the right thing and make City Ridge a safe place to call home for us all. A faulty access system is not safety.
