Replace the Current EU/NA Community Manager
Dear Booming Tech Team,
We, the undersigned members of the Conqueror's Blade community, are writing to express our deep concerns regarding the recent appointment of BrudderRida as the EU/NA Community Manager. This position is vital for the connection between the developers and players, but the choice of BrudderRida feels completely disconnected from the community’s best interests.
BrudderRida’s history in the community has been marked by controversy and actions that have caused frustration and hate rather than support. During his brief time managing the CBR, he went against the "by players, for players" principle of the tournament. He unilaterally changed rules without consulting captains or participants, made biased decisions for his own interest, and ignored major issues and loopholes brought up by the community saying that he knew better and he would "solve it when it need to be". Well, these actions directly hurt the tournament’s integrity and created unnecessary drama. Ignoring loopholes in the rules caused unfair treatment to teams that trained for months, showing a complete lack of care for the effort and dedication of players.
On top of this, he has no real connection to the community or understanding of the game’s core systems. He’s never participated in tournaments as a player, never been involved in active alliances during Territory Wars, and hasn’t helped in areas like moderation or community support of new players. He’s not even part of any community Discords where most active players and important discussions take place.
Apart from doing a dictator-ship in his CBR time, generating a very bad AI CBL rule set, never answered question when asked to during the CBL, being disrespectful and having autority trip. His limited involvement and bad reputation make him one of the most hated figures in the community, which is surprising for the very little he was actually involved in it.
The EU Community Manager role needs someone who represents and understands the players. There are so many active, respected, and involved members of the community who would’ve been better choices—people who’ve been working hard for years to improve the game for everyone. They know the challenges players face because they’ve lived them.
We urge Booming Tech to reconsider this decision and involve the community when making such an important choice. The player base deserves a representative who will truly listen and work for their best interests, not someone disconnected and widely disliked.
Thank you for addressing our concerns. We hope you’ll take this seriously for the future of the Conqueror's Blade community.
