By supporting companies with animal acts, we are encouraging the enslavement of wild animals and the abuse towards them. Animals such as the Asian elephant and bengal tiger are critically endangered. Instead of supporting the exploitation of these animals, we should be supporting organizations that work toward the preservation of these magnificant creatures. Teaching children about animal cruelty is a crucial part in improving the future. Not only is this important for the preservation of the animals but is also important for developing moral conscioussness of our children. "Teaching a child not to step on a caterpillar is just as important for the child as it is for the caterpillar". Those poor animals, taken out of their natural element, trained to do tricks for an audience. That is not right, it is like taking a human and forcing him or her to be a slave to entertainment. I know some humans are slave to entertainment but that is by choice. Animals do not have a choice they are just abducted from natural life. We need to develop a better sense of compassion as a society and take care of every form of life as if it was our own. NMH
tigers riding tricycles while wearing a hitler helmets isn't normal or natural and should be forbidden.
Wild animals kept in cages and 'taught' to perform is just torturing them to make a profit.
All animals should be treated with repected. Cruelty should never be a part of an animals life.
I hate circuses, never been to one and will never take my son to one. I teach him to love and respect animals.

I check on the animals every year at this circus in Steger and am always horrified not only of the condition of the animals, but also their living conditions. Please stop supporting this disgusting circus. The animals deserve their freedom and our children deserve to be educated about how animals should be humanely treated. Thank you
