SDF doesn’t understand what makes people play the game and so he makes bad decisions for updates. Terry has historically been more aligned and understanding of what the player base wants.

I loved this game and I wanted to learn new mechanics. Nowadays, the game has become a regular battle royale in which you just run around and beat whoever you meet. The point of looting and killing bosses no longer exists.
