Replace SDF with Terry as Lead Designer

I appreciate SDF for making a game so good in the first place, and he has made a lot of good changes but they are overshadowed by just terrible changes and the constant back and forth of things the community has disliked (all attributes for 1 example). There have just been too many things to go over in this comment that SDF has implemented that are obviously a terrible idea after you think about it for 30 seconds. The game is being taken in a direction that is just not for me anymore and it’s sad, I want to play the game I once loved. Changes are going to happen to a game in “beta” and that’s understandable but the game is turning into a completely different game all together. SDF is constantly saying and implementing things that completely contradict other things he has said or implemented. Terry could bring some stability back to the game and not this “flip flopping” and radical swings of direction.

I don't care about SDF's vision, he needs to start listening to the community instead of trekking on his own.

i just think that seeing how a new leader will be that isnt sdf and if we like it more then we should look for even better new management

Spend dev time on a more refined combat mechanic.

SDF needs to stop, His decisions really suck, and are putting the game in a worse and worse state day by day. No matter what Patch, SDF only makes balancing worse, With seemingly 0 thought to actual balancing, he just throws numbers at the game and hopes what sticks, sticks for good. I hope the game in the future gets way better balancing where every class has it's own downsides and good sides, where every class can fight any class in equally expressed skill. "Unlike Barbarian and Rogue landmines".

Ever since they started pumping out new classes and disregarding balance in pvp they've only begun digging the hole deeper.

SDF lacks the ability to operate such a high quality/potential game, and this should be stopped before he ruins it for the players alongside the other people that have been doing such a great job on this game.

I love this game, but it feels frustrating as all hell to view patches where we retread the same old stupid broken meta, nerf it only for the same classes to be back and curbstomping 1 or 2 patches with god knows what buffs later.

It's clear that SDF having all creative control is bad for the game, I am tired of endless back and forth balance changes, it feels like they are just made based on random favorite streamer's opinion on the class. Hotfix #76 just proved how out of touch they are. Something needs to change, SDF can't have all the control, either include more people in decision making or replace the guy

I absolutely agree that Dark &Darker needs a new leader and main decision maker.

Ironmace needs to gather statistics on the game classes and such. Balance changes somehow buff strong classes and kill the weaker ones making the game unfair playing it non-meta playstyle
