I have met very few geocachers in Texas that are happy with our reviewer. I hear stories of reviewers in other states that are friendly and helpful. Yet my experience (and the experience of almost everybody I know) is that PR is cold, hard and unpredicatable. Additonally it takes months and numberous e-mails to get a dead cache archived. Texas deserves better than this. This petition is to request Groundspeak assign a new (or several new) reviewer for Texas.
