I very rarely agree with recalling an elected official, but this time it is the right thing to do.

Our city needs a qualified, capable leader. Ms Ferguson is not such an individual. SJC is a laughingstock amongst many surrounding cities and this needs to change.

Unfortunately we find ourselves with poor disconnected leadership at a critical time. The number one issue in San Juan today and for the foreseeable future and we are not prepared.

As Mayor of SJCap all Kerry has done is get the City into numerous legal jambs and made the City bad neighbors of the surrounding communities. Her handling of the widening of Ortega Highway did nothing but create a lot of animosity with those that transit this area daily and cost the tax payers a lot of money and lost time. She seems to be quite good at upsetting things and does little to resolve problems without the incumbent law suits she gets the City into. Her time would be better spent in other pursuits. Resignation would be a better action to save the City the expense of a recall election.

No confidence in Kerry Ferguson. She does not have the respect of San Juan Capistrano. She is a fake Mayor. Greedy and clueless.

Most incompetent Mayor we've had since Pam Patterson...

Ferguson along with her cronies, John Perry and Pam Patterson have made great strides toward the process of ruining our city of San Juan Capistrano. All should be removed from any and all activities that involve the city.

Mayor Ferguson is a detriment to the residents of SJC as well as your nearby neighbors. Everything of consequence ends in a law suit. This just shows her inability to compromise and govern effectively.

Ferguson and crew are destroying the ethos of our beloved town. Her personal agenda opposes our best interests and the toxic enviroment she has created in our city needs to be addressed. The thought of the toll road makes me ill.

Ferguson has caused the citizens of SJC and the County to lose millions of dollars and was recently held accountable (along with Patterson & John Perry) by the O.C. Grand Jury for wasting public funds over her killing the removal of the Ortega Chokepoint! She has caused lawsuits, drove away wonderful projects and 1/3 of the city's workforce, Her demeanor at council meetings is despicable and her disrespect for those that don't agree with her (including her council colleagues) and the manner she shuts them down borders on violation of their 1st amendment rights. As the city's representative on the Tollroad Corridor Agency, she failed to adequately protect our city's interests by being obstinate. Now we have a possible plan for the Tollroad to cut through San Juan. Where was her leadership and why wasn't San Juan protected? O, I almost forgot. I was removed as the chairman of the TCA by Ferguson and this wouldn't have happened on my watch! I guarantee you of that!

A Mayor has the duty and the responsibility to unite and lead the Council in the sole interest of the citizenry. San Juan faces its biggest challenge yet by facing a possible extension of SR-241 through town. The Mayor's role is to facilitate all the reasonable avenues of discourse and action to ensure that San Juan's voice is not only heard and understood, but also effectively delivered. Mayor Ferguson may be well intentioned, but her actions or lack thereof should be a concern to all.

I just feel Kerry was not equipped to take this job. The damage she is causing can be irreversible if we don't stop it now.

This is not a case of someone being on the wrong side of issues, but of someone who is unable to comprehend issues.

Handling of bottle neck on Ortega is shameful
