The auto-renewal period is coming up for First Service Residential. Most likely September 30, 2021(?) The Master's HOA could shed light on this. I am a member of the Mews at Byers Station community and a member of the Byers Station community. I am of the opinion that First Service Residential needs to be replaced with a local management company that will be responsive to calls, requests for documents and offer best-in-class communications. The Master's Board has done a wonderful job! This is not an indictment of the Master's HOA. This petition is to encourage the Master's HOA to not allow First Service Residential Contract to auto-new and for the Master's to start interviewing new management companies immediately.

I have been hearing from so many neighbors who share the same frustrations about our current property management. It is truly humbling to realize how many of us are on the same page regarding the need for better communication in our community.

The service is not up to the mark we have to wait to get access to the clubhouse and after multiple follow up you get access.
A fire hazard was reported, dryer vents are being used by birds to make nests. It was reported several times and never looked at. Doors had not been painted in ages. Outdoor fixtures haven't been replaced, ever.
BAD! BAD! BAD! First Residential needs to GO!
Fire the management company and move on. Continue to Make Byers Station Better.
First service has terrible customer service And they never follow up on promises they make. Please get rid of this company as soon as possible
It is unacceptable to not respond to emails. Time to go!
Communication needs to get much better. Unless there is a huge improvement in this area it's time for a change.

Absolutely incompetent, worthless & useless management Company to deal with. No phone calls answered no emails replied. Earlier management was much better in everything.
