Echo is not suitable for Hokage because he has abused his powers many times and has forced me to make this petition. For example Echo has muted and kicked people unfairly from the server which includes Me and plank-san and previously KageMa$ta. This cannot be tolerated as an admin on the Heavenly Controller server.
