This Petition is under construction but will be updated with information regarding the bill to repeal the Interstate Commerce Clause and replace it with a constitutionally equivalent substitute with a new set of restrictions on the Government's ability to interfere with interstate commerce except within the original constitutional purpose of preventing interstate disputes and prevent damage to the states Citizens'ability to market goods and services.

The ORIGINAL INTENT and Purpose of the CLAUSE was to prevent WAR between the STATES over Commercial Transactions gone AWRY... NOT, as they would have you believe, to regulate, control and TAX every aspect of interstate commerce on the flimsy grounds that 'ANY commerce ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE affects ALL commerce ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE' as we are begining to see in the news more and more these days.

The Interstate Commerce Clause never granted specific rights to the Government to TAX Commerce, or to require licenses payment of duties in order to participate in interstate OR InterNATIONAL Commerce!

Repealing the Interstate Commerce Clause and replacing it with a Constitutionally Equivalent with additional restrictions is the only way to get big government and the TAX man off of our backs! If they can no longer control commerce, thay can no longer TAX it!
