If these immunity laws weren’t in existence & shielding the multitudes of vicious Franklin coverup (NE) criminals, the child victims would have received justice. But instead, they were revictimized & even received harsh jail terms! We the People are demanding equal justice for ALL with no immunities.

Thank you! I need that brief.. I am a disabled person who was assulted by a moron the town of derry choices to protect.. I just filed my complaint against my rental managment company and derry nh police department. Removing the prosecutor from office under federal torts claim act. Hate crimes.. And state protected persons. Nh rsa 173. I have multiple disabilities.. Multiple tbi.. Multiple. and severe back injuries.. Your timing is perfect.. Please email me with any suggestions you have or if you'd like to write an ameacus curie.. These mutts even banned me from going to the gym so i cant work out for the heart and lung condition they caused or use wifi for research.. Pathedic bunch of morons.

For 20 years now I have been fighting against this. 37 states owe me from plagiarized and infringed information from my unpublished work used to create an Unconstitutional illegal bill on 5-12-99 HB 2793 without due process or my permission. On 6-16-10 I found out and sent a Cease and Desist letter and on 6-24-11 I got a letter from the Department of Motor Vehicles saying after a 12 day investigation it was ascertained that no plagiarism or infringement took place. But, 6-17-11 HB 1998 The Texas Citizens Participation Act was created to take my rights and prohibit me from retaining a lawyer and presenting this is court.Because they know i have an original Declaration Of Confidentiality signed by myself and the person who presented the information to them from 1998. Governor Gregg Abbott admitted in a letter he sent me that he knew I needed to be paid but I would have to sue in court. that's not true President Trump can stop this as well as the US Supreme Court these laws are illegal. I'm sorry Dave it just makes me so upset to stand alone for the truth, present it to those in position to correct the problem and they not respond!! I know they got caught with they hand in the cookie jar.#MAGA #WWG1WGA #INSURGARD
