This is unconstitutional and unlawful. Aren't all citizens accountable for their actions? This is why Congress is so biased and corrupt! In my opinion many of the elected officials are guilty of pedophilia, unwanted sexual advances, narcissistic behavior, egotistical psychopathic and sociopathic behaviors. Term limits should be considered for all elected officials. And, when Congress is not in session these so called elected officials should go home and find a real job! Elected officials are off more than they are working. I would like to see transparency in all elected officials. Every elected official should have to submit to random drug testing too! And while we're at it all elected officials before taking their oath of office should require a psychological evaluation. And, thorough background investigations performed by an outside party. I'm sick to death of these career politicians that once they're in office, they're doing insider trading, accepting money from lobbyists, all them are guilty and should be a crime. This is long over due.

I am a victim of offensive Police brutality, falsely charged and convicted by malicious prosecution.. by criminals in power working ABOVE THE LAW as claiming to BE the law. I was grossly medically neglected while exculpatory evidence proving my innocense was withheld from the court and officers lied on myself AND witnesses to enforce the false conviction. The officer permanently injuring me is on film doing so and my appellate attorney has that film. I was grossly medically neglected because if I had been cat scanned for internal injuries it would have proven me innocent and the officer guilty of crime. I placed a pro-se' (self made) 1983 lawsuit and the federal district court judges "prejudiced" me by manipulating court rules to avoid proper discovery however the lawsuit resulted in my parole 5 years into my 46 year sentence. The gross medical neglegence of my internal injuries contributed to or caused my injuries developing into cancer. My lawsuit itself did not get me paroled, however An ACT OF CONGRESS within the pawsuit AS I notified the Georgia ADA/RA representative inside the state of Georgia INVESTMENTS COMMISSION in Atlanta, Ga, and my contacting the Trump Administration with letters to President Trump, separate letters to Jeff Sessions alerting each where to VIEW my lawsuit complaints online combined, resulted in an investigation into the matter and I was "offered" a parole offer with conditions. They begged me to drop all grievances AND the lawsuit but I nicely refused. Yet my parole conditions kept me under house arrest in a wheelchair for 90 days. Since incident date I had been passing blood in my stool. By 3rd year incarcerated medically neglected as I begged for hospitalization all along, I started passing MEAT in my stool. My parole agreement yanked me around from homeless shelter to homeless shelter without my lnowledge of where I was
