My life has been all but destroyed by police officers who falsely arrested me, then committed perjury to convict me; a Prosecutor who completely fabricated the case, and withheld exculpatory evidence; and TWO Judges who gave their official blessings to numerous Constitutional and civil rights crimes against me. And the Prosecutor has now pulled every sleazy trick they can to deny me my rightful Appeal (again, with the blessings of TWO Judges--so far). IF the Prosecutor knew they would be held accountable for their actions, they would not have even brought the case. So they fabricated one instead, to excuse the False Arrest. "Qualified Immunity" is a blight upon our society, because far too many now seek to serve their own agendas, instead of seeking justice. We really have no choice.

No 'leeway' should be given to 'public servants' that allows them to escape Justice!

They are NOT above the law but they are treated like they are and because of that fact, law enforcement commit heinous atrocities and there is next to no accountability for law enforcement. How to you murder someone in cold blood and get a PAID leave (vacation) !?!? Explain that please!! How is it that police can just come to your house and kill your pets!!??!? Law enforcement today is nothing but organized Criminals! Ruthless Jack Booted Thugs! And now they are getting militarized And I happen to know for a fact that there is massive steroid abuse going on in law enforcement. All of this has to stop NOW!

Until cops are held accountable for their actions, they will continue to abuse the power they have- which now puts them ABOVE the law, not acting WITHIN it.

Government officials shouldn't be above the law. If they were held to the same standard as the rest of us then corruption and crimes among cops, prosecutors and judges might actually come down ...

Every citizen is expected to follow the laws of this country. This includes the entire law enforcement community. A badge and gun does not grant special rights to violate others right with impunity.
