A very touchy and emotional subject for me, yes, all authourity must be held accountable, society has to stop having such a pacifist attiude towards government officials of all capacities and fight back and speak on the realities.of abuses in all the branches of government!

Accountability for knowingly incarcerating innocent men and women is a must needed reform! How many wrongful convictions would be stopped if prosecutors, detectives and judges knew they could be held accountable??? Yes, NO MAN IS ABOVE THE LAW and that includes cops, prosecutors and judges!

Add all elected or appointed politicians. If they make the laws, they should live by them also.

My son is embroiled in a horrific Civil case in Fed Court. There are 2 judges, one finally retired and is dean of UNT law school and the other is his buddy Judge Stace CG Jernigan, bankruptcy judge. Together have committed unlawful proceedings both on and off the bench. Their biased opinion of my son has caused him unrepairable harm to his life's work, his health and his life. Since they are above the law with such power they cannot be stopped, or sanctioned or punished in any way. This is supposed to be a democracy with civil rights given to the people. What has happened?

I firmly believe that the actions of the Hawthorne, California police officer in the case against Leon Rosby and his dog exemplifies the need for change in this matter. Not only has he had additional charges filed, there has been no action taken against the police officer for use of deadly force against the man's dog. There was no need for deadly force to be used against that dog, and the officer should be held accountable for his lack of professional judgement in that situation. Furthermore, I feel the other officers who urged him to shoot it should also be held accountable. Thank you for your consideration.

The courts are harming too many people and have lost sight of their duty and honesty too many times..

As long as they know they will not be held accountable, they keep harming good decent people including children. Unfortunately, my son, my family and me are victims of the corrupt system starting in Lebanon, PA. Corrupt judges forced me to send my son to a pedophile for 5 years. The father had political connections with the judges. To hear more, see my You Tube video, 'MOTHER AND SON EXILED FROM THE USE, DOES ANYONE CARE?', http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27BpMtBP-2Q.
No one should be forced to flee the USA to seek protection, which my son did legally receive elswhere.

I wrote a documentary "Marlena's Journal" to expose the corruption taking place in Washington County, Minnesota. Three judges took an early retirement, but only replaced by others cut from the same cloth who are equally as bad if not worse, especially Judge John Hoffman who is the Chief Judge. The answer is not only removal, but removal with consequences.

Most immunity they rely on is not actually codified in law but actually something they assume on the fly. Who is gonna say anything?

Cops should live according to the same laws that citizens abide to. If they don't, they should be punished equally as a citizen would be.
