It's unconstitutional. Gross misdemeanor for handing my firearm to a friend at the range, class C felony when he hands it back under I-594. Unbelievable. Backdoor gun registry. I-594 does not and WILL not stop criminal, neither does any one of the 20,000+ gun laws for that matter.

this is a direct attack on our second amendment rights. this law does nothing to deter or stop a criminal, yet make law abiding citizens criminals themselves.

REPEAL!!! This will do NOTHING to keep guns out of the hands of criminals but will make law abiding citizens into criminals...this is just ludicrous
