this is unenforceable and now makes numerous innocuous situations a heavier crime than most forms of assault or. we need a smarter voter, not someone that checks a box because of a buzzword, R, or D in the description.
Democrats are blowing it with liberal leaning gun owners and carriers. Believe it or not, there are more of us than you want to alienate. 594 relieves us of rights without reason!
This bill talks about "closing the loop holes, but there are holes in the writing of it. To pass it must be well written an leave no room for error. This is why i-594 is being objected to.
I teach women how to use firearms for personal protection. Calling 911 is not a viable option when one's life is threatened. I 594 will make me a criminal every time we transfer a firearm back and forth. This is not always done on the range. An unprotected American Citizen is a crime, not a law abiding gun owner.
It's unconstitutional. Gross misdemeanor for handing my firearm to a friend at the range, class C felony when he hands it back under I-594. Unbelievable. Backdoor gun registry. I-594 does not and WILL not stop criminal, neither does any one of the 20,000+ gun laws for that matter.

All of a suddin i would become a criminal if i lent my friend that has a cpl my gun to go target shoot, because of a new law that does almost nothing to keep guns out of the real criminals hands,WTF
