Having us wear uniforms is preventing us from expressing who we are.

Our kids should be able to wear what is comfortable to them as long as it fits the dress code. Nice jeans, tshirt or collared shirt. Tennis shoes of there choice. Nothing to revealing or torn up, some parents can not afford buying there kids new clothes every year let alone uniforms. I am very much against the mandatory uniforms.

Just dont like the fact that they didnt ask the parents or when they did that they didnt see results that they wanted they still went and added the uniform thing i also dont like the fact that the school board so focused on uniforms why dont they input the same focus on helping kids with the state test and other programs thats going to help our kids in the future.

High school kids need to follow the dress code from before and parents should be aware of what child is wearing But uniforms are not for us.

School board should worry about occupying their vacant teacher positions before telling me what my children should wear to school. My son went his Sophomore year with an aide/sub as a History teacher a few weeks after school started, the school website is still posting about that job opening. What good is it going to do to have a classroom full of students dressed in a uniform and not have a TEACHER to teach the class?! PBT school board- shouldn't that be more of a priority?

I don’t believe uniforms are necessary, everyone should just focus on getting us students a better education instead of worrying what we wear.
